Hi I’m Zoë, a trainer at STRONG and a student training to be an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. As a former professional dancer, movement has been a huge part of my life since I was a kid. At times, I pushed my body to the limit in the interest of performance, but it was at the expense of longevity and wellbeing. This has led me to focus on functional movement and appropriate progressions that help you move safely and pain free. I am excited to combine my developing knowledge of anatomy and physiology with strength training to support you in recovering from injuries, and navigating health concerns while building strength and confidence in yourself.
